ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ (ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਣ): ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਹੋਣਾ।
